GENERAL INFORMATION
In general, you will see the physician or health professional to whom you have been referred. We work collaboratively and work hard to minimize wait times. This means that you may see another similarly qualified provider who works on our team, especially if your referral needs to be addressed more urgently.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
Our pediatricians are available for consultation by referral only. Ask your family doctor, nurse practitioner, obstetrician, or midwife for a referral to the KIDS CLINIC. If you have recently been referred, we will contact you to set up an appointment.
If you have previously registered with the clinic, please contact us to book follow up appointments if required.
Staff are available to book appointments and receive calls Monday to Friday from 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm
CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
Your appointment has been reserved for you and we request at least 2 business days notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. If there are multiple “no-shows” we will require a re-referral.

We greatly appreciate your consideration and respect for other patients waiting to be seen.
We generally reserve one hour for new patients and new issues. If you are more than 15 minutes late, our provider may request that you reschedule the appointment to allow enough time to complete a thorough assessment.
MEDICAL EDUCATION
We are proud to be a teaching site for UBC medical students and pediatric residents. Occasionally you may see a learner during your visit. We thank you for your patience and generosity.
